THE FOLLOWING ROLES ARE SOUGHT:

COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING X 2
We are looking for two unique people, one to cover MPUK communications and the other for MPUK marketing. Volunteers will concentrate on improving the overall quality and nature of MPUKs Network communications, ensuring the right message gets delivered to all our network channels and members. The Marketing and Communication volunteers will work to utilise the best communications channels. Their work will allow MPUK to focus on delivering this year's targets and meeting longer term objectives.

EVENTS X 2
The Events Programme Volunteer, is a fundamental part of MPUK's activities and vital to the achievement of our objectives. The Events Programme will focus on delivering key Workshops, Personal Development Programmes, Open Days, Roadshow's and Annual Conferences. The events owner will ensure that we have a balance in our activities and focus on holding events in the North(Leeds) as well as the South(London) and elsewhere by utilising our body of network partners.

WEBSITE X 2
The MPUK website is the heartbeat of our organisation and above all it signifies our online presence. It enables our members to be in touch with us and allows them link up with other members. We need website volunteers to help us manage the site from having a suitable user interface to ensuring the right colours and templates are used.

MENTORING
MPUK currently has an informal networking mechanism in place, however, we feel that it's time we explored the issue of setting up a formal mentoring process. The establishment and development of a Mentoring Programme will be one of the most significant activities that MPUK is going to undertake. We therefore, need a small team to help us manage and deliver this project. Whether we set this up as an

e-mentoring project or using traditional methods of mentoring, we anticipate this will be an exciting and refreshing challenge for us all.

 
REGIONAL NETWORKS TEAM
As our network grows in membership size we need to address how best to serve our members and their regional. Therefore, we are looking at those people who want to become owners or champions for MPUK for their region and help in building entire networks or active communities.
