 MPUK requires an articulate Muslimah to help us in a media project this
Friday based in Heckmondwike. MUSLIMAH HAS BEEN FOUND TO HELP ON THIS MEDIA PROJECT!
The ITV Media crew will be facilitating a
round table discussion where we have been invited to discuss the coming
National Elections and its impact on the Muslim community. The topics
will centre around a number of themes from the recent Iraq war, crime,
immigration to the current changes in law affecting terrorism.
There
will be other Muslims from the Dewsbury community as well, however, in
order to have a balance to the debate a female body is strongly
suggested by ITV. All costs have been absorbed by them and what is
required is an articulate Muslimah who can talk politely but with
conviction on matters affecting the Muslim community in the UK. 
The
venue for the discussion will be Aakash Restaurant based in Cleckheaton
on Friday 18th March, starting at 6:30pm followed by an evening meal to
finally close at 9:00pm.
If you are a Muslimah who resides in
Dewsbury and would like to help on this exciting project, please get in
touch with us as soon as possible, places are strictly limited and will
be on a first come first serve basis.
We will Insha-Allah have
other activities running up to the National Election. If you would like
to help us in coordinating such an activity or you would like to
advertise what you will be doing in your local area in the run up to
the elections please let us know.
